A crisis in an organization is a period of instability, a situation when major changes are imminent. Variables can be both extremely unfavourable and positive. It is clear that any crisis is a very surviving enterprise.

What are the crises we have?

• Loss of a real office, for example, in case of fire;
• Loss of server, for example, server burned out;
• Incidents with employees.
• Data loss;
• Client side incidents;
• problems with the achievement of the plan;
• financial difficulties;
• problems with understanding between colleagues;
• Attacks on systems and so on.

Where was the training held?

SURFnet is a national research and education network in the Netherlands that provides innovative and high-speed networking services for the higher education and research sector.

The main goal of the training:

Creating a crisis management exercise. This exercise helps to analyze the relationship between employees at a time of crisis. In this case, you can find weaknesses in moments of crisis, as well as something that can help in creating a plan to overcome the crisis.

Objectives after the training:

• Conduct a crisis management exercise in RENAM.
• Creating a plan to eliminate the crisis in our company.
• Improve crisis preparedness.
